Maintenance Method of Hoisting Belt

1. The hoisting belt shall be stored under the conditions of heat source (fire source and electric welding) or long-term radiation of sunlight and ultraviolet rays.

2. The lifting belt should be cleaned once every 3-6 months. For acid and alkali use occasions, the lifting belt should be rinsed with cold water or cleaning agent immediately, dried and stored.

3, the lifting belt should be stored on the shelf after use, should not be directly placed on the ground, to prevent the lifting belt after use moldy rat bite.

4, the wet lifting belt to dry after preservation, to avoid damp and moldy.

Lifting belt scrapping criteria: the product should be scrapped when one of the following conditions occurs.

1. The body shall be scrapped when it is cut, severely bruised, with loose bones and partially ruptured.

2. The surface is severely worn and the lifting belt is abnormally deformed. When the wear reaches 1/10 of the original lifting belt width, it should be scrapped.

3, synthetic fiber softening or aging (yellowing), rough surface, synthetic fiber peeling, elasticity becomes small, weakened strength, should be scrapped.

4. When the hoisting belt is seriously twisted, deformed and fluffing, it shall be scrapped.

5. The hoisting belt is moldy, acid and alkali burns, and hot melt storage. Coke, loose surface, corrosion, should be scrapped 6, lifting with local scratches or sharp objects scratched, should be scrapped.

7. When the hoisting belt has transverse edge cut off, it shall be scrapped.
