Oil injection method

Put down the dry catty top, let the plug mouth face upward, open the rubber plug and inject hydraulic oil. The amount of oil is to make the vertical oil level of the dry catty top just level with the oil plug.

Hydraulic oil used by jack: 32# hydraulic oil

Note: Please use this dry top upright, not sideways or upside down.

A small amount of hydraulic oil outflow does not affect the use of dry top.

Jack use matters needing attention

1. It is forbidden to hit the jack to the top when there is no heavy load.

2. Be sure to tighten the oil return valve before use, otherwise the jack will not be able to hold it up. After use, loosen slowly, up to 1 turn.

3. Be sure to turn off the vehicle and tighten the handbrake before use.

4. Before use, be sure to park the vehicle on a level and hard ground, turn on the double jump lights, and place a triangle warning frame about 200 meters behind you

5. Place the jack in a suitable position for operation. After the vehicle is off the ground, please support it with supporting tools such as security support, and then change the tire. Jacks cannot be operated in place of support tools.

6. Jack prohibit the use of overload, use the estimated weight before use

7. In order to ensure the normal use of the jack, please keep the piston rod and pump core clean and lubricated.

8. When the jack is not in use, please tighten the oil return valve and keep it upright, otherwise it may leak oil.
