Behavior not allowed in lifting

1. The limit working load and scope of use of the lifting belt shall be based on the test data of the lifting belt. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

2. It is not allowed to cross or twist the lifting belt. It is not allowed to tie and twist the lifting belt during use.

3. It is not allowed to be used when the lifting is damaged by naked eyes; it is not allowed to drag when moving the lifting belt and goods.

4. When the items have sharp corners and edges, there must be protective measures. Sheath or corner protectors are recommend used to protect the lifting belt.

5. When lifting articles, it is not allowed to hang the goods with the lifting belt for too long. During the lifting process, it is strictly prohibited that the lifting articles are subject to collision and impact.

6. Before lifting, check whether the connecting pieces of the lifting belt are connected correctly. During lifting, it should be kept as stable as possible. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the lifted articles or pass on other articles.

Maintenance Method of Hoisting Belt

1. The hoisting belt shall be placed away from heat source (flame and electric welding) or under long-term radiation of sunlight and ultraviolet rays.

2. The lifting belt should be cleaned once every 3-6 months. For acid and alkali use occasions, the lifting belt should be cleaned with cold water or detergent immediately after use, and dried for storage.

3. The hoisting belt should be stored on a shelf after use, and should not be placed directly on the ground to prevent mildew and rat bites after use.

4. For wet lifting belts, they should be dried and stored to avoid moisture and mildew.

Scrapping principle of lifting belt

1. The lifting belt shall be scrapped when it is cut, severely bruised, loose and partially broken.

2. When the surface of the lifting belt is severely worn and abnormally deformed, and the wear reaches one-tenth of the width of the original lifting belt, it should be scrapped

3. Synthetic fiber softening or aging (yellowing), rough surface, synthetic fiber peeling elasticity change, strength weakening should be scrapped

4. The hoisting belt shall be scrapped when it is seriously distorted, deformed and fluffed.

5. The lifting belt should be scrapped when it is moldy, acid and alkali burns, hot melting or scorching, loose surface and corrosion.

6. The hoisting belt should be scrapped if it has local scratches or is scratched by sharp objects. 7. The hoisting belt should be scrapped if it has transverse edges cut off.
